Keel of the Kon Tiki - Double Dry-Hopped Hazy Pale Ale

  • Keel of the Kon Tiki likes its name sake is a bold beer venturing out on new horizons. Keel of the Kon Tiki is a beer designed to whisk you away on a breezy summer day with this light and refreshing APA. Brewed with Pacific Jade to start followed by a late dry-hop of Simcoe to bring out the citrus notes of melon and southern fruits touched with a hint of pine and pepper.

Lazy Hazy Housy - New England I.P.A.

  • Lazy Hazy Housy was brewed with pilsner malt, pale malt, unmalted wheat, Munich and flaked barley to be smooth and full bodied with tangerine color. Then we packed the whirlpool with Mandarina Bavaria, Citra, and El Dorado hops to cut down bitterness and create a hoppy cocktail of citrus flavors with a Jolly Rancher-like fruitiness. Double dry-hopped at a rate of two and a half pounds per barrel with a huge dose of El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic give this beer its smoldering tropical aromas.

BLACKBERRY RIVER ALE

  • A fresh tasting, berry-forward fruit beer made for warm days on the deck, Blackberry River Ale is lightly sweet, eminently drinkable, and packed with fruit flavor from over 200 pounds of blackberry and raspberry puree.

Canaan Mountain Lager - American STYLE Lager

  • Cold, clean, crisp and easy to drink, Canaan Mountain Lager is an American adjunct lager brewed with three ingredients: pilsner malt, flaked brown rice, and Crystal hops. This pale beer was designed to be low maintenance, sessionable, and flavorful.

Strawberry Basil Limeade Gose

  • A traditional Leipziger gose brewed with coriander and sea salt, but with an added, Summer-y twist. Basil, lime juice, and 250 pounds of strawberry puree liven this kettle sour up to make it a warm weather favorite.

Fruit Snack

  • Fruit Snack is a rotating series of sour ales blended with fruit post-fermentation to give the drinker the best fruit flavor possible. This is a blend of No Name Dry-hopped sour with 2.5 pounds per gallon of apricot puree.

Land of the Long White Cloud

Named after the literal translation of the Maori name for what we call New Zealand, Land of the Long White Cloud was brewed with Pacific Jade and Waimea hops that give it bold orange and melon hop flavor and aroma that make this straw-colored hazy IPA float above the rest.

Cascadia Farewell West Coast IPA

  • A West Coast-style IPA brewed with pilsner malt, rolled oats and a dash of light caramel malt. This clean malt profile and dry finish let the heavy late-addition Mosaic and Citra Cryo hops really shine as they lend a tropical, citrusy hop character to this moderately bitter beer. Cascadia, Farewell is dry-hopped at a rate of two pounds per barrel with Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and Connecticut-grown Cascade hops from Pioneer Hops in Morris, CT to create an vibrant bouquet of dazzling hop aromas.

HOUSACHRONIC IIIPA PROJECT

  • Housachronic is a light orange triple IPA brewed to have massive juicy, dank hop character and haze for days. It was brewed with Amarillo, and Mosaic in the whirlpool and dry-hopped heavily with Amarillo and Connecticut grown Cascade.

UNDERMOUNTAIN BLACK Lager

  • Undermountain Black Lager is a traditional German Schwarzbier brewed with pilsen malt, dark Munich malt, and roasted wheat malt to give a deep, dark color with less bitterness than roasted barley. A dash of German descended Crystal hops round out this dark treat that is very refreshing and crisp with a hint of roast.

HILL COUNTRY HEFEWEIZEN

  • Hill Country Hefeweizen is named after the hills of the Northwest corner of Connecticut. This German style wheat ale is refreshing, light and packed with the traditional hefeweizen flavors and aromas of banana, clove and bubblegum owing to the expressive German ale yeast used in fermentation.

COCOA FRAPPE PORTER

  • Cocoa Frappe was designed to marry rich cocoa and dark, roast malt flavors as a smooth, rich chocolatey porter ideal for nitro service.

Blue Devils Blonde

  • Blue Devil Blonde was brewed to be an easy-going ale, ideally consumed on a porch with the sun shining on your back. It’s low in bitterness, deep golden in color, and just right.

HEAVY ROTATION Pale

  • Heavy Rotation is a beer designed to allow for frequent re-visitation, a beer you can enjoy again and again like your favorite record. Brew solely with Australian Ella hops, this light yellow, hazy pale ale has strong aromatics and flavors of grapefruit, star anise, and tropical fruit

Cask Bitter

  • Casks are filled from the fermenter near the tail end of this beer’s fermentation and livened up with yeast and wort for a traditional second fermentation to create a genuine cask of bitter ale. Pulled by hand in the classic way.

OH, REALLY? OH, WOW! PINEAPPLE MILKSHAKE IPA

  • Oh, Really? Oh, Wow! is a hazy IPA brewed with lactose and pineapple pure,  dry-hopped with Cascade and Ella hops.

  • HOPS: Columbus, Ella, Cascade

No Name Simcoe Dry-Hopped Sour

  • No Name is a light colored, kettle soured ale loaded with Simcoe hops which were added both at whirlpool and dry-hopped twice. Sour, hoppy and lacking a name, this ale is one for hop heads and sour lovers alike.

Derailed BROWN ALE

  • Derailed Brown Ale is balanced around a base of Marris Otter malt, which gives it a full, roasty backbone of malt flavor. Roast, chocolate, and dark crystal malts in moderation give the beer its subtle flavor of caramel and coffee with a pleasant, dry finish. To round out the beer, US Goldings contribute a delicate and complimentary hop character.

Alphonso Mango Double IPA

  • Alphonso, named after a variety of the mango fruit considered to be the best, is a double IPA brewed with half a pound of mango puree per barrel and copiously hopped with Amarillo and Mosaic hops. It’s a liquid glass of tropical flavor.

Mere Morsel of Delicious Power

  • Mere Morsel is a classic imperial stout brewed to be tasty when fresh and after extended barrel aging. This big stout drinks with a full body and a nice tobacco or leather roast finish.

Happy Camper S’more Stout

  • Happy Camper is a round, full bodied stout brewed with Maine grown pale malt, marshmallow fluff, lactose, graham cracker crumbles, and Peruvian cocoa nibs from Chocolate Springs in Lenox, MA. A dark, slightly roasty beer with a hint of vanilla, this ale is good on or off trail.

La Luna Wheat

  • La Luna is a light orange colored wheat beer brewed with Maine-grown pale malt, wheat and oats to create a smooth, delicate beer. Coriander, sweet and bitter orange peel, and chamomile added at the end of the brewing process impart its signature fruity and floral bouquet.

  • Finnegan’s Red is a red ale brewed with classic malt flavor in mind while keeping an eye on balance. The beer’s body is medium dry with a light touch of bittering Chinook hops to play counterpoint to the beer’s restrained complement of dark caramel and roast malt.

Level Headed - Dry-Hopped Hazy IPA

  • Level Headed is a single hop Mosaic hazy session ale that was dry-hopped twice to make sure it packs a hoppy punch. The malt base is light and supportive, utilizing high protein flaked barley and unmalted wheat to complement a mixed base of pilsner and Maine grown pale malt.
